I am giving away a signed copy of my new cookbook Tonight to three winners. So you will be the first people in the world to see my new cookbook which isn’t released until later this month!

Prize: 3 separate winners will each win a custom signed copy of my yet-to-be-released cookbook Tonight. It will either be the Australian, North American or UK edition, depending on where you live. I will make it out to whoever you like and yes, Dozer will sign it too!
To enter, just leave a comment on this post saying which country you live in. Make sure you provide your correct email address so I can contact you if you win!
Giveaway opens 4:00pm AEST Wednesday 2 October and closes 2:00pm AEST Friday 4 October 2024.
Random draw: The winners will be chosen using online random generators. Only one entry per person will count.
Winners will be contacted via the email entered on the comment and will have 48 hours to acknowledge receipt of the email.
Prize delivery – The book will be express posted on 7 – 8 October 2024 so it should arrive before the earliest release date of 15 October 2024. However, I accept no responsibility for slow postage!

Tonight is currently available for pre-order which means it will be delivered to your door on release day! On release day, my book will also be available in stores:
Australia & NZ – Tuesday 15th October
UK – Thursday 17th October
US & Canada – 29th October

I even gave him a tip, though I’m not actually sure he deserved one today after the disrespect he showed, stepping on my book….

…..falling asleep on the job….

….and a general lack of enthusiasm for today’s task….

Disappointing, after showing initial signs of perkiness when I first opened the box and he started snuffling around inside to find the treats he was sure our publishers’ had tucked away inside the box for him….

…only to come up empty handed.
This is a Dozer face of disbelief.

Let’s not feel too sorry for him! He lives a pretty good life! 😂

Nagi, your recipes are quite simply fabulous. I’ve been following you for, could it be, 15 years?? I’ve been meaning to write a note to you for months, especially once hearing that Dozer was unwell. I’m not quite the fan who scrolls straight to the Dozer post, but I do look at him as he ages so gracefully & under your devoted care. I have told many about your recipes and consider myself quite an adherent, prefacing my recipe searches with Nagi, knowing they’ll be the best ones. I taught my daughter to use this to search the basics when she was learning to cook, by typing “Nagi, how to cook rice”, or “Nagi, best Bolognese recipe” etc. I actually don’t want to win the recipe book, because I’ve already pre-ordered it, so if I am drawn, please put it back and redraw. This was just a good excuse to tell you how grateful I am for your work, how humbled by your contribution with RTM and I wish you all the success you deserve. I have recently become part time carer of a Golden Labrador called Austin, named after a fast car 😂 I call him my Golden Child, because he doesn’t give me any grief like my own children! I understand the utter devotion to the breed!
