I was so excited to receive a box of the overseas edition of my new cookbook Tonight I decided to do a very special giveaway….be the first in the world to receive my new cookbook!

First-in-the-world giveaway!

I am giving away a signed copy of my new cookbook Tonight to three winners. So you will be the first people in the world to see my new cookbook which isn’t released until later this month!

To enter, just leave a comment below telling me what country you live in so I can send you the right edition. Giveaway closes 2pm AEST Friday 4th October, 2024.

Psst! I’m also running the same giveaway on Facebook and Instagram (ie. another 3 books for each, so there is 9 in total I’m giving away). GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Prize: 3 separate winners will each win a custom signed copy of my yet-to-be-released cookbook Tonight. It will either be the Australian, North American or UK edition, depending on where you live. I will make it out to whoever you like and yes, Dozer will sign it too!

  • To enter, just leave a comment on this post saying which country you live in. Make sure you provide your correct email address so I can contact you if you win!

  • Giveaway opens 4:00pm AEST Wednesday 2 October and closes 2:00pm AEST Friday 4 October 2024.

  • Random draw: The winners will be chosen using online random generators. Only one entry per person will count.

  • Winners will be contacted via the email entered on the comment and will have 48 hours to acknowledge receipt of the email.

  • Prize delivery – The book will be express posted on 7 – 8 October 2024 so it should arrive before the earliest release date of 15 October 2024. However, I accept no responsibility for slow postage!

“tonight” release dates

Tonight is currently available for pre-order which means it will be delivered to your door on release day! On release day, my book will also be available in stores:

  • Australia & NZ – Tuesday 15th October

  • UK – Thursday 17th October

  • US & Canada – 29th October


Life of Dozer

Paying his wage after all the hard work, unpacking boxes with me and posing for photos:

I even gave him a tip, though I’m not actually sure he deserved one today after the disrespect he showed, stepping on my book….

…..falling asleep on the job….

….and a general lack of enthusiasm for today’s task….

Disappointing, after showing initial signs of perkiness when I first opened the box and he started snuffling around inside to find the treats he was sure our publishers’ had tucked away inside the box for him….

…only to come up empty handed.

This is a Dozer face of disbelief.

Let’s not feel too sorry for him! He lives a pretty good life! 😂


Dozer was my beautiful dog and faithful companion for 14 years. He was also official taste-tester of RecipeTin Eats, and filled every day with joy, mischief and laughs. He passed away in February 2026. I miss him every day. The Life Of Dozer section shares the happiest moments of his life and keeps his memory alive. Read more about him here.

    Disbelieve is so incredibly adorable. Those faces are too hard to ignore. They master our world, not the other way around. I absolutely LOVE your recipes. I consider myself a acre so I need to follow recipes in order to cook for my family. And I have had much success with your recipes. I know if I want to try something new I will have success. Always.

    I’ve been following your recipe blogs for many years, from the very beginning, lost the count when it started….
    I love and share your recipes with family and friends (via link so they get to meet you too).
    Your recipes are great but it’s your warm personality and your smile that just draw people to you. And your big love and care for Dozer! 😀 May he say well for many years!
    You’ve grown big in an instant
    it seems! But that’s what we see, I know there was a very hard work and many sactifices behind it. But the most important thing is, you are still YOU and I don’t think that will ever change. And we love you for that!
    I am a globettotting Ozzie, stuck in Croatia at the moment! (I was looking after my elderly mum for a few years.)
    So if chosen, I would like Australian edition please. (I have AU address and will be heading back soon.)
