Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x

He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Mushroom pâté
This is from Nagi’s mom’s food blog, looks great!

I’d love to see a Japanese curry, I couldn’t find one on your site unless I’m blind. Also recently gone gluten free so I’d love to see some one pot pastas with suggestions using gluten free pasta. 💜
Nagi’s mom will prob have this on her Japanese food blog ☺

Hi Nagi! Would love to see some Sri Lankan recipes if it’s possible! Been away from home for so long and would love to see an easy to follow recipe! Some examples for some delicious dishes would be Kottu, Devilled Chicken, Jaffna Crab Curry or my absolute favorite, Hoppers! Thanks for always being such an inspiration and for making me be a star chef among my friends! 🙂
Again! Please can you offer GF options for your recipes (if possible of course) as I follow this way of eating (gluten intolerant and also Fodmap as I have gut problems). I salivate over your food ideas but don’t have the smarts to adapt them. So many people are gluten intolerant or go GF for other reasons (my grandchildren for instance as it helps with their ADHD – go figure! But it works)
Chinese Braised Whole Duck “Sai Woo Ap”
Would love easy and healthy one-pot meals (fiber, low-fat, etc.) Thank you for wonderful recipes, but even more for your spirit of fun…you and Dozer are really good for me!
Hi Nagi,Growing my own vegetables,I would like some innovative ideas on using them. Thanks
Hi Nagi, Loving your new cook book by the way. Gotta love One pot meals ! Now that hubby finally wants to learn how to cook after 23 years of marriage, how about some simple tasty BBQ recipes ( I will only let him cook outside as he would destroy my brand new kitchen ) Haha, I’m not kidding. he loves all the meals I make of yours so i’m sure he would love to use some of your recipes himself & have his buddy Marly beside him while cooking like you & Dozer.
This is the bbq collection 😁 I hope he has fun and makes something yum!!

Would love some more seafood recipes

More salads as meals type recipes! I got your cookbook for Christmas and have been LOVING the salad section!
Hi Nagi,
I would like to see some great meal prep ideas. Meals that can be prepared in advance, frozen and then easily cooked and prepared on busy weeknights. All your recipes are awesome and the cookbook has
had a workout already. Maybe not new recipes necessarily, but a different way to approach your current recipes. However, always open to new recipe ideas, slow cooker or one pot recipes etc.
I am all about the cheaper cuts and cheaper roasts this year. Also- potato fondant!!
Tomato soup, beef chow fun
Love all your recipes! I literally don’t trust any recipe but yours. Thanks for everything you do.
My daughters and I used to go to a Chinese restaurant (now closed) in our town that served something called soupy noodles. It had chicken, lots of vegetables (zucchini, carrots, baby corn, mushrooms) and Chinese noodles in a flavored dark chicken broth. I have tried to find a comparable recipe with no luck. It was the perfect lunch. I would love a flavorful recipe that includes these ingredients.
Italian style porchetta made with pork belly, and more meals that can be made ahead/frozen. Or just more ‘make ahead’ instructions! (This year I discovered potato dauphinois can be frozen = game changer!!!!)
Would love a great porchetta recipe too!! ☺
I’d love your recipe for tabouli/tabbouleh.
I made a tasty one for Christmas day and thought I’d love Nagi’s take on this.
Happy New Year!
Hi Nagi, in 2023 I’d like to perfect roasts (preferably on a hooded bbq and preferably cheaper cuts) and then have recipies of what to do w leftovers so we can get in the tradition of a Sunday dinner for our teens and their friends and serve w salad in summer and veggies in winter. I find probes give you an over done result. I’ve nailed anything ‘pulled’ but they are getting over that xx
Hi Nagi, I would love a zucchini slice recipe or any recipe that uses zucchini as I have grown some this summer.
Thank you for your delicious recipes.
Some of Nagi’s yum recipes for zucchini!

I apologise for my bad manners. Happy new year wishes to Dozer and you also Nagi. I was so overawed by the Dozer interview that I had a temporary lapse in manners.
Nagi, happy new year. I would like to see more spicy dahl with chicken recipes and also more spicy pasta recipes. Thank you so much.
