I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

    I was recently introduced to Korean Fried Chicken at a pop up restaurant and I’d love a recipe to make it at home, it’s lip smackingly delicious!

    I have been following you from the beginning and I have all your Ebooks I’m happy with everything I have thanks. Especially “Charlie” I’ve passed him to a fair few friends to try accompanied by the Recipe. So it’s loved by many of my friends . I also had success getting the E version of your cook book from Amazon. You’ve made this Senior cit very happy over the years . I love cooking. Happy New Year Nagi Dozer and Mum

    I would love a creamy veal with wine scallopine recipe, I used to eat it in a restaurant near by and haven’t been able to find anything like it. It was served with pasta and was delicious.

    Zucchini Tian- Julia Child’s recipe please. Devine flavour and uses bulk zucchini. It is zucchini time!!!

    Happy New Year to you and Dozer. I’m relatively new to your recipes but just love love their simplicity (for someone who hasn’t been the primary cook in our household), so you may already have some recipes for my suggestions… easy to do Mango Chutney and Tomato Relish (or similar). Thanks in advance.

    More Tasty low-fat chicken thigh recipes, with a mix of quick week night and special occasion meals. I just admit I search your recipes If I am looking for inspiration! I have cooked loads of your dishes. I am a fan. I enjoy following dozer too, he is one lucky doggy. happy 2023 I wish you a less stressful and busy year.

    I would love a recipe for crispy salt and vinegar egglplant. I had it at a local thai restaurant and it was sooooo amazing, I’d love to try cooking it myself. I loved your crispy eggplant from your cookbook as well.

    Hi Nagi,
    Firstly I have to say I am loving your cookbook. I’ve made a few dishes and your chocolate cake was a hit! Your recipes have been on point and I also use your website whenever I need to look up a recipe. Thank you 🙏
    I would love a chicken curry or beef rendang recipe as well as a beef stroganoff. Some healthier dessert options would also be great.

    Hi. How about a few northern African meals for something a bit different…meats, nuts, fruits, legumes together with some of those amazing spice mixes. Don’t forget the desserts with again, spices, nuts and fruits (especially dried) with pastry, honey and syrups… Yummm!!! No matter what you come up with it will always be delicious, easy and fast!
