I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?
More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?
But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

Rainbow Beef. I went to a Chinese restaurant in ryde on year and as a teenage girl who refused to eat me. This dish of super thin and crispy beef had me change my ways. I made by family order 3 servings at that dinner. It was so good. Never found a recipe that was like it.
Christy fired beef w coating and a sweet sauce. Heaven!

Hi Nagi & Dozer, Here’s a specific request – When in the Czech Republic many years ago, I enjoyed a street food – savoury doughnuts filled with capsicums. I have no idea what they were called but I often dream of the taste!
