Hi Nagi, I’m from Bridgend,Wales,Uk. I have made many of your gorgeous recipes but my grandson’s favourite is the Vietnamese caramelised pork. He’s currently in Vietnam and says the only difference in the recipe is that my pork does not still have hairs on it !😂Win win
