Hi Nagi, My sons introduced me to Recipetineats. Unlike them (who all love your recipes), I like to the read at the preceding commentary before we get to the ingredient and method list. You spend a lot of time perfecting the ingredients and method and I find this prelude to be really inspiring. By the time I’ve finished reading, I know I want to make this with any alternative options you suggest. eg: I did you “Quick” 10 Pulled Pork rather than the 2 day ordeal, and it was awesome for everyone. Even did a Pulled Pork and Slaw pizza from your dough instructions. We love your work, and so do our family and guests. I have encouraged my 3 sons to take time to read the preamble. “It’s not fast food lads” I tell them.
I live in California. I look forward to reading your posts. I can’t buy your book until February. I can’t wait! My first dog was a golden retriever named Oscar. I think of him whenever I see your Dozer.
