Dozer would be more than welcomed to sign my cookbook. He could do it in doggy-person, before running off to watch the many pelicans by the nearby foreshore of the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria where I am. I’ve been a fan of yours for years. Learning a lot, drooling even more. LoL. Winning a Japanese Knife would be incredible as I currently have a rainbow KMart knife set that is losing its colour from sharpening them so often.
