I love doing giveaways! And today, TWO readers have a chance to win my most used kitchen tool – a handcrafted Japanese Chef’s knife. The exact knife I use every day – read more about it here! It’s sitting here in my house, brought all the way back from a little boutique knife shop in Tokyo. My most-used, most-precious tool in the kitchen!

Oh, you also get a copy of my cookbook. I’ll even sign it for you, if you want. 😇 And so will Dozer!!

HOW TO ENTER

  1. Leave a comment at the bottom of this post telling me the city/state and country in which you live!

  2. Make sure you enter your email address accurately so I can contact you if you win. 🙂

GIVEAWAY TERMS

  1. Prize packs x 2 (RRP A$500 each) – Personalised autographed cookbook plus handcrafted Japanese knife, my most indispensable kitchen tool. Plus whetstone to keep it sharp!

  2. Open to everyone in the world!

  3. Entries close midnight Sunday 4th December, Sydney time.

  4. How the winners are chosen – Winner will be chosen using a random selection generator (we download the entries, remove duplicate entries then the winner is randomly selected).

  5. Two winners will be chosen and the prizes will be sent out early next week so you will get them before Christmas!

  6. Winners will be contacted by email, announced in my newsletter and updated on this post.

    Congratulations on your new book.
    Your website has helped me a lot to learn how to cook. I don’t know how to cook as since I’m the youngest in my family, my mother spoiled me a bit and she’s always the one who provided a very nice cooked foods. And I couldn’t cook all her recipes since she lives in the Philippines .

    But when I decided to moved to my partner’s (he’s British) place, I’m quite scared how to provide a very delicious cook foods and he’s not get to used to eat rice everyday as what we get used to eat in the Philippines. But your recipe has been my life saviour as it’s easy to follow and my partner loves all the food that I’ve cooked. So up t0 now I’m relying on your website.
