I am in the UK and have been following you for over 5 years. My son, Jamie, came to Sydney and asked you for a signed book from you but you had not written one by then and you sent me the mandolin that you use. We would both love it if we could receive a signed copy, all these years later. We still say ‘don’t thank me, thank Nagi’ when we have cooked your recipes (which is most of the time!!).
