I’m a bloke who started cooking dinners 10 years ago when I retired. Your cook book, “Dinner” is my favourite “go to” cookbook now. It sits alongside Jamie Oliver’s “15 Minute Meals”, “Five Ingredients” and “One”. As you’ve probably guessed. I like recipes that are quick, easy to cook and taste good. I just know that I can open your book at any random page and cook that meal.
