My 11 year old son started cooking Wednesday night dinners just as your cookbook came out and it’s his major source of inspiration. So far he has cooked Vietnamese caramel pork, nachos of your dreams, and my favourite, the Baja fish tacos. The recipes in “Dinner” are perfect for our whole family and he is so proud to cook for us and his sisters. He even sets the table for us all!
