But I LOVE Nagi and her recipes on recipetineats.com From the comfort foods, Asian influences (Seasame Noodles-yum) Italian (her mushroom risotto is the BEST), French (knocked=out Chicken Fricassee) to her Cajun flavors (Jambalaya-amaaaaazing), she nails these every time. The best videos, instructions and I’ve learned so much from her “tips” within recipes. Oh, and did I mention that you have to make her Strawberry Cake—I use our Pontchatoula strawberries—my friends DEMAND the recipe!

Lol, don’t worry Mariko, I would also bribe dozer with pulled pork, tried Nagi’s 12hr recipe over the weekend (set aside 3 days for this baby) and it was better than the local low and slow pop up, the sauce was amazing! Can highly recommend 🙂
