I love the recipes because of the variety and ease of actually replicating. Some ingredients are difficult to find here in southern Mexico but I make due. I have my own bookload of recipes that I have been printing since ’18. Especially the asian ones as I lived in Thai and korea as a teacher for 15 years. Keep up the great work.
