I’ve been following your blog for years and everything always turns out delicious. I once had a party with all your Mexican dishes including Carnitas, Rice, Corn Salad, down to the Salsa and Guacamole. Everyone loved the food. I also did an 80’s style layered Taco Salad which everyone had eaten at some point in their lives and that was a big hit as well. I love your receipes, finally getting to cook some decent asian food. Though I did put 2tbs of fish sauce in instead of 2tps, adjusted it and it still tasted good. I guess the rear end photo of Dozer is after his taste testing 🙂
