I’ve been following your blog for years and everything always turns out delicious. I once had a party with all your Mexican dishes including Carnitas, Rice, Corn Salad, down to the Salsa and Guacamole. Everyone loved the food. I also did an 80’s style layered Taco Salad which everyone had eaten at some point in their lives and that was a big hit as well. I’m always so happy to see the updates on your house and of course, Dozer. Best of luck in all your future endeavors. This one certainly looks like one

I love your receipes, finally getting to cook some decent asian food. Though I did put 2tbs of fish sauce in instead of 2tps, adjusted it and it still tasted good. I guess the rear end photo of Dozer is after his taste testing 🙂
