When I first saw your recipe (whatever it was, it came up on top with 5 star reviews upon Google search), I just didn’t imagine you would be based in Sydney. As Japanese myself, I knew straight away you must be Japanese. It is always great to see a fellow Japanese doing such an amazing job on the international stage! I work at at a wonderful public library and as soon as I learned your book was coming out, I requested our library to purchase it! It arrived a few days ago for me to borrow. One colleague told me she was going to steal it to have a browse before I took it home, and another colleague said, “Oh, I use her website all the time!” (This tells me your website is a popular go-to recipe site, and also your book cover sells itself.) I satisfy most of my reading desire with library items but I will buy your book… (if I didn’t win it!) My 15 yrs old son likes butter chicken and when I tried your recipe from website, he was impressed, but with your simple, easy-to-follow recipe, he for the first time attempted to make it all by himself (he never ever cooked anything more than a fried egg, ever.)
