I love doing giveaways! And today, TWO readers have a chance to win my most used kitchen tool – a handcrafted Japanese Chef’s knife. The exact knife I use every day – read more about it here! It’s sitting here in my house, brought all the way back from a little boutique knife shop in Tokyo. My most-used, most-precious tool in the kitchen!

Oh, you also get a copy of my cookbook. I’ll even sign it for you, if you want. 😇 And so will Dozer!!

HOW TO ENTER

  1. Leave a comment at the bottom of this post telling me the city/state and country in which you live!

  2. Make sure you enter your email address accurately so I can contact you if you win. 🙂

GIVEAWAY TERMS

  1. Prize packs x 2 (RRP A$500 each) – Personalised autographed cookbook plus handcrafted Japanese knife, my most indispensable kitchen tool. Plus whetstone to keep it sharp!

  2. Open to everyone in the world!

  3. Entries close midnight Sunday 4th December, Sydney time.

  4. How the winners are chosen – Winner will be chosen using a random selection generator (we download the entries, remove duplicate entries then the winner is randomly selected).

  5. Two winners will be chosen and the prizes will be sent out early next week so you will get them before Christmas!

  6. Winners will be contacted by email, announced in my newsletter and updated on this post.

    Hi Nagi,
    We have recently moved to Perth, WA. this last year from Singapore (there for 26 years). I have taken over cooking duties as my wife is working full time. Your website is the first place I look to when looking for a recipe – and I usually settle with yours as the recipe for the night. Thank you and keep up the excellent work! With most recipe sites, I skip to the recipe and miss out on all the fluffy comments. I read all the text and watch your videos often as I like your cooking style and the tips and techniques you share.

    These are the best recipes ever, I spent 5 months in Airbnbs in the UK with no recipe books and made heaps of recipetineats meals which were all popular with everyone from grandparents to preschool grandchildren
