I don’t need the cookbook because I already have one and use it at least 4 times a week. It’s the very best cookbook i have ever seen….but then , having used your recipes for a year or two on the net, I knew it was going to be brilliant….Beef Teryaki tonight…without the Mirin because Dan’s didn’t have any.But I’d love the knife !
